One app for every location.
SingleInterface is a platform for brands that run hundreds of physical locations, such as automotive dealerships and retail chains. I designed the mobile app that lets store teams handle customer messages, reviews, listings, and performance from one place.

A new product for brands across many locations.
SingleInterface was built from scratch to help brands manage customer satisfaction across hundreds of locations, covering a unified inbox, reviews, analytics, business profiles, and team access. I designed the mobile app end to end as the sole designer, working with the CEO, COO, CFO, product managers, and engineers.
Too much data for one screen.
The app had to hold a unified inbox, reviews, analytics, business profiles, and team access on a phone. The challenge was data density: searches, views, calls, leads, and review metrics shown together would overwhelm a store manager. We also had no access to users for testing, so decisions rested on client requirements and design judgment.
The hardest part was the screen real estate. There was far more data than the screen could hold without burying the actions that mattered.
Progressive disclosure as the spine.
Each area opens with a summary and reveals detail only on demand, so the interface stays legible without hiding what teams need.

Part of three enterprise wins.
The design clariy and the prototypes I created for pitching won Nissan, Samsung, and Tata Motors.
