Making complex
systems legible.
The thinking before the screen is where the real work happens: understanding the problem, questioning the assumptions behind it, and deciding what needs to change. The UI and the screens follow from that.

to customer-owned.
A platform-level UX initiative covering improvements across the app, starting with onboarding. Discovery revealed the deeper problem: the product was too complex for customers to use on their own, so analysts did everything for them. The redesign focused on making the platform something customers could own and operate themselves.
Read case study →Keerthana has been an integral part of our team for six years, and it has been rewarding to see her grow into a highly capable design professional. She is sharp, organised, a fast learner, and particularly good at understanding and handling complex problems. Her growth trajectory has been impressive, and she brings thoughtfulness, reliability, and strong problem-solving ability to her work.
I worked with Keerthana on a complex onboarding project for our B2B SaaS product, Contify. It had multiple use cases and a lot of ambiguity. What started as a short project grew into a long-term engagement, and we ended up revamping most of the product's modules. I highly recommend Keerthana to serve as the UX leader for any user-facing product. Keerthana is great at simplifying, prioritizing, and finding the most elegant solution that directly addresses the customer's problem. It was a pleasure working with her.
